Phoenix Scale Technologies offers 24 hour a day, 7 day a week emergency support on all equipment. We have a full staff of service personnel to assist with onsite service issues. In emergency cases, depending on your location, service personnel can be onsite within 24 hours.

Regularly Scheduled Service

Phoenix Scale offers service contracts for regular maintenance and calibration on any brand of belt scale. Our technical service staff will travel to your site on a regular scheduled basis to perform scale maintenance and calibrations on your equipment. Upon completion of the service you will be left with a detailed report on each scale showing before and after testing results and any adjustment that were made to your equipment.
