The Phoenix Scale Technologies Model WF-100 Weigh Feeder is a complete conveyor system with an integrated dual or three idler belt scale. With sizes ranging from six feet to twelve feet in length, the WF-100 fits most any application requiring short distance conveying and high accuracy weighing.

Each system includes heavy channel steel construction, drive motor and reducer, starter, head and tail pulleys, screw-type belt tension adjustment, flat conveyor idlers, vulcanized rubber belt with one inch flange, dual or three idler full floating weigh bridge, four NTEP load cells, shaft mount speed encoder, and Legend III Integrator.

Many options are available with the standard unit. These include loading and discharge chutes; complete system enclosure; skirt boards; FDA approved motor, reducer and belt; remote rate and totalizer displays; and variable rate controller.
